What is the mask made of?

100% Cotton. Designed and professionally manufactured for comfort and safety. 

What are the dimensions of the masks?

Adult Masks:  L 9” x W5.5”, Elastic Loop: 5.5" long 1/4" wide

Youth Masks:   L 7” x W5”

Will these masks fit me?

Everyone is different. We like to say that our masks are one-size fits most. Masks are meant to fit snug but we use a soft braided elastic to keep them easy on the ears.

Who is the mask for?

You. Also your family. Your neighbour. Your elderly parents. Anyone who wants to help keep our communities safe from spreading the Covid-19 virus. The Federal Government is encouraging everyone to wear a mask whenever you must venture outside of your home. 

Is it reusable?

Yes! Masks should be washed after every use. That means everyone should have at least two masks. One to wear and one to wash.

What type of filters can we use?

You can use dried baby wipes and other household items such as coffee filters and dryer sheets.

Can I share my mask?

NO! In this case sharing is not caring. 

How do I wash my mask and filters? 

The masks and filters can easily be put in the washer and dryer. If you have a mesh bag to put them in then all the better. And if you are so inclined they can also be hand washed and hung to dry. 

How many masks should I have?

We recommend one to wear and one to wash. One for the car. One for your purse......you get the idea

Can I return the mask?

To ensure our communities stay safe we cannot accept returns or refunds at this time. All sales are final.

When will I receive my order?

Pick-up in store is between 24-48 hours.  Our system will send you an electronic notification when it is ready.

Our goal is to support Canadians as quickly as possible with the goal of fulfilling your order within 2-3 business days. Then once Canada Post has received it, their estimates are 2-7 business days to deliver. However, due to Covid-19 there could be delays. You will receive an email as soon as it has shipped.

Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

Canada Post has been experiencing many delays. While the majority of your orders are delivered on time, there are some that get stuck in transit, delivered to the wrong address or outright lost. Things happen.
